If the nails are not in a condition that allows for safe application, the service may be declined. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of all clients while maintaining the highest sanitation standards. • • • CONTACT • • • I can be reached directly via text, email, or this website’s contact tab. Services cannot be confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled or modified via social media. Any correspondence outside of normal business hours will be handled the next business day. • • • LATE ARRIVALS • • • There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply! •••NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED••• For safety reasons, no extra guest, including children are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read & accept all PBA policies and procedures. •• CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48-HOURS of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s), CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24-HOURS of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s), same-day, via the card on file. Please note: Last Minute Reschedules will count as a cancellation! •• NO-SHOWS/INSUFFICIENT FUNDS will be charged 100% of the service fee and banned from scheduling future nail care services •• YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU OR ANYONE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH IS FEELING UNWELL •• In the event that you arrive with symptoms of a contagious illness, you will be asked to leave and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
